Chinese Damas welcome Christmas, promote healthy lifestyle

Chinese Dama, a term that refers to middle-aged women, dressed up in Santa Clause costume and danced on a field covered with snow in Changsha, Hunan Province – it was their way of welcoming Christmas along with a message. Although the temperature was -4℃, these Damas put together a joyful holiday spirit forming a union that resembled a Christmas tree. Apart from spreading some lively holiday spirit, the Damas also wanted to encourage people to exercise more. The Damas said that they aimed to encourage people of all age to work out and lead a healthy lifestyle, according to China Foto Press.
